Telehealth sessions are simple, secure and as effective as in-person therapy. Here’s what to expect:
1. Book online or call us
Choose ‘Telehealth’ when booking. Our team will match you with the right psychologist for your needs and schedule.
2. Receive your secure video link
Before your first session you’ll receive a private, encrypted video link via email. No app downloads needed — it runs in your browser.
3. Connect from anywhere
Join from your home, car, or any private space. Your psychologist will guide the session just as they would in the clinic — same evidence-based approach, same care.
Our admin team will match you with a telehealth psychologist based on your presenting concerns, preferred therapeutic approach and availability. All of our AHPRA-registered psychologists offer telehealth — so whether you’re in Melbourne, regional Victoria, or anywhere in Australia, we can help.
If the match doesn’t feel right after your first session, we’ll arrange an alternative at no extra cost.
Telehealth psychology is covered by the same funding options as in-clinic sessions:
Telehealth sessions are available to clients anywhere in Australia — no referral needed for private bookings. Prefer in-person? We also offer face-to-face appointments at our Melbourne CBD, Mooroolbark, Wheelers Hill and Reservoir clinics.
Our reception is available until 8:00 PM on weekdays and on weekends — call 1300 224 665 or book online anytime.
Our AHPRA-registered psychologists are experienced in delivering evidence-based therapy online. All offer telehealth appointments.

Is telehealth psychology as effective as in-person therapy?
Yes. Research consistently shows telehealth therapy produces outcomes equivalent to face-to-face sessions for anxiety, depression, trauma and most other concerns. Many clients prefer the privacy and convenience of online sessions.
What do I need for a telehealth session?
A device with camera and microphone (laptop, tablet, or smartphone), a stable internet connection, and a private, quiet space. Your psychologist sends a secure video link before your appointment — no app required.
Is Medicare bulk billing available for telehealth?
Yes. Medicare rebates apply to telehealth sessions with a current Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP. Bulk billing (no out-of-pocket cost) is available for eligible clients.
Do I need a referral to book a telehealth session?
No referral is needed to book. A Mental Health Care Plan from your GP is only required to access Medicare rebates. Private fee-paying clients can book directly — sessions from $50, available this week.
Does NDIS cover telehealth psychology?
Yes. NDIS participants can use their plan funding for telehealth psychology sessions, whether self-managed, plan-managed or agency-managed.
How do I book a telehealth session?
Book online through our portal or call 1300 224 665. Select ‘Telehealth’ when prompted and we’ll confirm your appointment and send a secure video link before your first session.
