The Talk Shop offers a full range of psychology services across four Melbourne clinics and Australia-wide via Telehealth. Medicare bulk billing available with a GP Mental Health Care Plan.

Individual Psychology Sessions

One-on-one therapy tailored to your goals, using evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, trauma-focused therapy, DBT, and mindfulness. Available in-person at all four Melbourne clinics or via Telehealth.

Standard Sessions (50 min)

Our core therapy format. A dedicated 50-minute appointment focused on your treatment goals, at a pace that works for you.

Short Sessions (25 min)

Focused check-ins for clients already in a treatment plan — ideal for maintenance, brief reviews, or when a full session isn't needed.

Secure video sessions available Australia-wide. Bulk billed for eligible clients with a GP Mental Health Care Plan — no out-of-pocket cost. Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM.

Formal psychological assessments for adults, children, and adolescents. Assessment reports are suitable for schools, NDIS plans, GP referrals, and workplace accommodations.

Many clients pay nothing at all. Here’s how your sessions may be funded:

TAC Psychology

Sessions may be fully funded for clients with an approved TAC claim.

NDIS Psychology

For participants with capacity-building funding for improved daily living or health and wellbeing.

Medicare Bulk Billing

Up to 10 sessions/year with a GP Mental Health Care Plan. Telehealth fully bulk billed.

WorkCover Psychology

Sessions may be fully covered for clients with an approved WorkCover claim.

Subject to Availability

Group Therapy

Group programs for anxiety, social skills, and self-esteem are in development. Group settings combine peer connection with professional guidance. Join our waitlist to be notified.

Board-Approved Supervision

Formal supervision for registered psychologists working toward clinical endorsement or board-approved supervision requirements. Details to be announced.
