Do I need a GP referral to book an appointment?
No. You can book directly without a GP referral. A Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP is required only to access Medicare bulk billing rebates.
What’s the difference between a Registered, Provisional and Clinical Psychologist?
Registered Psychologists have completed a minimum of six years of training and are AHPRA-registered. Clinical Psychologists have completed additional specialist training (minimum eight years) and treat more complex presentations. Provisional Psychologists are completing their supervised internship year — they provide the same evidence-based therapy at a reduced cost. All our practitioners are registered or provisionally registered with AHPRA.
Is Medicare bulk billing available?
Yes. Bulk billing is available for telehealth sessions with a GP Mental Health Care Plan. Please note our bulk-billed daytime weekday telehealth sessions currently have a waitlist. Private fee-paying sessions are available from $50 with no waiting.
Do you accept NDIS, WorkCover, TAC or DVA?
Yes — we accept all major funding schemes including NDIS, WorkCover, TAC, DVA and VOCAT. Eligible clients may access sessions at no out-of-pocket cost.
