Thomas Falls
Psychologist in Reservoir
I am a Registered Psychologist who works with children, adolescents, young adults and families. I aim to create a supportive and down-to-earth space where clients feel listened to, understood and able to work through challenges at their own pace.
I have experience supporting people with a range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, emotional and behavioural regulation, parenting challenges, neurodevelopmental differences, life transitions and school-related difficulties. I also have an interest in assessment work, including cognitive, educational and adaptive functioning assessments, where this can help clients and families better understand their strengths, needs and next steps.
My approach is collaborative, practical and tailored to each person. I draw on evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and schema-informed approaches, while keeping sessions clear, respectful and easy to understand.
When working with young people and families, I focus on building trust, strengthening communication and helping clients develop skills they can use in everyday life. My goal is to support meaningful change in a way that feels safe, achievable and relevant to each client’s situation.
