How to Access NDIS Psychology

Getting started is easy — no referral, no long process:

1. Check Your NDIS Plan

Confirm you have funding under Support Category 15 (Improved Daily Living) in your current NDIS plan. Check via the myNDIS portal or ask your Support Coordinator.

2. Contact Us — We Make It Easy

Call us on 1300 224 665 or submit our online enquiry. To get you booked quickly, have your NDIS Plan details ready:

Required:

  • Participant Number (your NDIS number)
  • Funding type: NDIA-managed, Plan-managed, or Self-managed
  • Plan Start Date
  • Plan End Date

3. Sign a Service Agreement

We prepare a Service Agreement outlining session costs (current NDIS price guide rate), billing, and cancellation policy. Required before your first session.

4. Attend Your Sessions

We invoice your plan manager or NDIA directly after each session. Plan-managed and agency-managed participants pay nothing upfront.
