Beth is an AHPRA Registered Psychologist and member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Incorporated and Australian Psychological Society. Beth has completed her Master of Professional Psychology. Areas of work include NDIS, Forensic Settings, Community Mental Health and working most recently with Youth. Beth has worked with varied presentations and backgrounds including Youth, Adults, CALD Backgrounds, First Nations, offending behaviours and various socio-economic backgrounds.
Beth works with individuals aged over 16 years old. She uses a person-centred, strength-based approach in the working relationship. Beth has a strong focus on working collaboratively with the client to work in a way that best suits. Beth has a focus on empowering clients and assisting her clients in reaching their full potential.
Beth has an interest in working with Trauma, Offending, Substance Use/Addiction, Anger, Interpersonal Relationship Difficulties, Anxiety and other presentations.
Modalities include differing techniques drawing on Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic Therapy and Internal Family Systems.
Beth can accept Medicare Rebate, After-hours, Victims of Crime and NDIS clients and will be soon accepting TAC and Workcover clients.
Beth is available via Telehealth and will be available at the Reservoir office in 2021.
