Beth is an AHPRA Registered Psychologist and member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Incorporated. Beth has completed her Master of Professional Psychology. She has also undertaken her 200-hour Yoga teaching training.
Beth works with individuals aged over 16 years old. She uses a person-centred, strength-based approach in the working relationship. Beth has a strong focus on working collaboratively with the client to work in a way that best suits. While allowing for therapy to feel natural and free. Beth has a focus on empowering clients, getting to the root of the concern and assisting her clients in reaching their full potential.
Beth has an interest in working with Trauma, Interpersonal Relationships Difficulties, Stress, Family Difficulties, Anxiety and other presentations.
Modalities include differing techniques drawing on Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema techniques and IFS frameworks.
Beth can accept Private clients with rebates, After-hours, DVA and NDIS clients.
