How Short Sessions Work

Short sessions follow the same evidence-based frameworks as standard appointments — CBT, ACT, DBT and more — but with a tighter, goal-oriented structure. Your psychologist will prepare a focused agenda ahead of each session. Medicare note: Short sessions attract Item 80110 (vs 80000 for standard sessions).

Medicare & Rebate Information

Short sessions attract a different (lower) Medicare rebate than standard sessions. You still need a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP to access any rebate. Telehealth bulk billing is available with a current 12-week waitlist — low-cost appointments are often available sooner.

Bulk Billing & Funding

We accept Medicare (Mental Health Care Plan from your GP), NDIS, WorkCover, TAC, DVA, EAP and private health insurance. Telehealth Medicare bulk billing is available with a current 12-week waitlist. Low-cost appointments are often available sooner — call 1300 224 665 to discuss your options.

✅ WorkCover, NDIS & TAC — No Out-of-Pocket Cost
