The COVID-19 crisis is changing how we do many things in our daily lives.
We're still here to provide your therapy, whether you're a current or new Client - but there are changes due to COVID-19.
You’ve probably been hearing lots in the media about “telehealth” for seeing doctors, psychologists and other health providers.
Telehealth just means having your session via video call or phone call - instead of in person.
Using telehealth helps to reduce exposure to COVID-19 for you, other Clients, our team and community, so we are conducting psychology appointments using telehealth wherever possible. (However some face-to-face appointments are still available).
From 6 April to 30 September 2020, any session that would normally be Medicare bulk-billed or Medicare rebatable can use telehealth instead.

Telehealth must be suitable for your therapy, and you’ll need your own access to a suitably private space and a smart phone, PC or home phone.
In some cases prior approval from your funding body (such as Workcover) may be required; see Telehealth Session Eligibility.
To book or change to a telehealth appointment, call us 1300 224 665 or talk to your Clinician at your next appointment.
