With over 15 years of experience, Robyn works with adults navigating anxiety disorders, chronic pain, workplace challenges, trauma, and stress. She brings a calm, practical, and results-focused approach using evidence-based therapies such as CBT and mindfulness. Robyn is also an Approved Supervisor and is committed to supporting clients with clarity and care.
