Making high quality mental healthcare accessible for everyone

Kerry Dryden

Clinical Psychologist (Registrar)

“I believe that healing begins with truly being heard—and from that place, we can work together to build a life that feels more grounded, fulfilling, and empowered.”

Kerry has a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from Bond University, and delivers Telehealth based services from Far North NSW. Kerry enjoys building a client-centred and trusting relationship with each client, with an emphasis on listening to the client’s story and enabling the client to prioritise and address their individual needs.

Kerry has an eclectic style using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and various mindfulness techniques which are based in DBT. She also has specialised training in Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT/Tapping).

Whilst not specialising Kerry has a strong interest and knowledge base in pain management as well as assessment of adult ADHD and autism spectrum disorder. Her experience, across all age groups, includes anxiety, depressive symptoms, PTSD/trauma, and personality disorders.

For many years, prior to becoming a Psychologist, Kerry assisted the most disadvantaged and those with disabilities to find fulfilling employment; and hold a diploma in career guidance counselling.
