Psychologist in Brandon Park
I’m a registered psychologist who works with adults seeking thoughtful, supportive, and evidence-based psychological care. I support people experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, and challenges related to stress, life transitions, and emotional wellbeing.
I bring several years of experience across community, organisational, and private practice settings. Much of my work has involved providing Employee Assistance Program (EAP) support, where I’ve helped clients navigate personal, workplace, and relationship stressors. I have experience delivering both telehealth and in-person therapy and have worked within multidisciplinary teams supporting individuals with diverse and sometimes complex needs.
In my therapeutic work, I take a collaborative and client-centred approach. I primarily draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and to develop practical strategies that support meaningful and sustainable change. My style is warm, structured, and flexible, and I aim to create a safe, respectful space where clients feel heard and supported.
I enjoy working with adults across the lifespan and value building strong therapeutic relationships grounded in trust, compassion, and authenticity. I tailor therapy to each person’s goals, values, and lived experience, recognising that everyone’s journey is different.
I’m committed to ongoing professional development and regularly engage in supervision to support reflective, ethical, and high-quality practice. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments for adults seeking accessible and compassionate psychological support.
I am available for appointments at the Brandon Park office.
