I’m a curious and collaborative Psychologist who brings warmth, reflection, and gentle challenge into the therapy space. I’ve supported adolescents and adults from a wide range of backgrounds, often working with concerns such as anxiety, perfectionism, low self-esteem, identity exploration, grief, and trauma.
I hold a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy. I tailor therapy to suit the individual—whether that means building insight, developing coping strategies, or exploring the deeper roots of current struggles.
My approach is grounded in respect, curiosity, and genuine conversation. I aim to create a space where clients feel safe, seen, and gently supported to explore patterns, emotions, and parts of themselves that may have been long overlooked.
I have a special interest in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, grief, and trauma. I particularly enjoy supporting people who place high expectations on themselves, are moving through life transitions, or are navigating complex cultural identities.
I currently see adults and young people aged 12 and over via Telehealth. While I don’t offer sessions in Indonesian, I am Indonesian and have a deep understanding of the cultural values, expectations, and unspoken dynamics that can shape a person’s experience. This helps me connect meaningfully with clients from Indonesian and other cross-cultural backgrounds.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy karaoke, gaming, and finding humour in everyday moments—because I believe play, creativity, and connection are just as vital to our wellbeing as
insight and growth.
