As a committed Provisional Psychologist, I focus on creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel truly seen and understood. I recognize that opening up and sharing personal thoughts and feelings takes great courage, which is why the therapeutic relationship is an integral part of the healing process. I strive to build a relationship with each client that is grounded in compassion, empathy, respect, and kindness. I tailor therapy to each client’s needs and goals, using approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide the process.
Informed by my clinical experience and academic background, I specialize in helping adolescents, adults, and older adults navigate a range of challenges, including anxiety disorders, depressive symptoms, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, adjustment issues, and trauma. I also work with individuals facing difficulties related to work productivity, self-esteem, relationships, chronic pain, and life transitions. Additionally, I provide support to elderly individuals with cognitive difficulties or diagnosed with dementia and adults with ADHD.”
I am fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, enabling me to provide culturally sensitive and inclusive care.
