Samantha Morka is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and also a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Sam has completed her Masters in Psychology (Clinical) and has professional training in psychological assessment, diagnosis and the use of evidence based therapeutic treatments. Sam is experienced in treating a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, stress management, sleep problems, relationship issues, grief and low self-esteem.
Sam has experience in the assessment and treatment of adults, older adults and adolescents and has worked in hospital, community and private practice settings. Using a person centred approach, Sam fosters a non-judgmental and understanding therapy environment where clients feel safe to discuss difficult personal issues. Sam is warm, professional and strives to support people to work through their experiences and to develop positive coping skills, strengthen self-confidence and foster healthy relationships.
