Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), Master of Science (Applied Psychology), and Master of Organisational Psychology

As a Psychologist, Saara is committed to creating a nonjudgemental and collaborative space where clients can feel safe and supported. She is a warm and empathetic Psychologist who is passionate about supporting clients in their journey to improve their well-being and to better manage their difficulties. Saara completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Canterbury and Master of Science in Applied Psychology at Canterbury University, as well as, Master of Organisational Psychology at Macquarie University. Even though she has experience working with a range of different issues, she has a particular interest in:

Saara works with both Adolescents and Adults and incorporates aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
