Meet Rhys Harris — AHPRA Registered Provisional Psychologist

Rhys has completed a Master of Professional Psychology at The Cairnmillar Institute, with prior degrees from La Trobe and Monash Universities. He has worked in disability and community mental health since 2014, and has experience supporting adolescents and adults with phobias, sleep issues, panic attacks, and anxiety.

Approach: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness.
