Natasha is a clinical psychologist with over ten years experience working in a variety of roles in the public and private sectors. Natasha enjoys working with adults and older adults experiencing a wide range of problems including anxiety, depression, trauma, life crisis, stress, low self-esteem, and grief and loss. In particular, Natasha has extensive experience working with the LGBTIQ+ community.
Natasha has an eclectic therapeutic style but typically utilises humanistic, cognitive-behavioural, and mindfulness approaches in her work, along with a strong focus on psycho-education and relapse prevention.
Natasha is available on Fridays at the Braeside office.
