Linna is a warm and nurturing registered psychologist who values working collaboratively with clients to establish a supportive therapeutic relationship. She is a passionate mental health advocate who genuinely aims to understand the client’s needs and concerns to help them move towards personal growth and self-fulfilment. Linna has extensive experience in areas including e-mental health helplines, face-to-face private practice, community mental health services, school settings and organisational firms.
Linna holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours (University of Adelaide), Master of Criminology (University of Melbourne) and a Master of Professional Psychology (Cairnmillar Institute).
Linna adopts an empathetic and person-centred approach towards therapy sessions, to provide clients with a safe and non-judgemental space to build a supportive and trusting relationship. She utilises a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities in her practice, of which includes Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focussed CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solutions Focussed Therapy and Mindfulness.

Linna works with clients of all ages ranging from young adults to older adults, who experience psychological and psychosocial challenges including stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, relationship concerns, work-related issues, work-place conflict, burnout, career transitions, life transitions and situational crises.
