Linda Janssen is a general psychologist who has recently completed her Masters (Clinical) Psychology at Bond University QLD. Linda, a mum and grandmother to six, has a wealth of life experience working within health settings having first a nursing background and now working in a psychology role to assist individuals to reach their full potential. She has developed ability to provide psychological services including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for the treatment of depression, and anxiety, Solution-Focussed Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy. Her preference is to treat adults and older persons.
She also has developed expertise in personal development issues such as self-esteem, assertiveness, assisting adults to develop interpersonal social skills, and supporting both men and women in vulnerable health situations; guiding them to discover strength and resilience under difficult life circumstances. Linda has a strong interest in Health Psychology.
