Lili Sachinidis

Lili is a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Registration Practitioner Agency (AHPRA) and completed her Masters of Professional Psychology. She has experience working with children, adolescents and adults requiring psychological support for a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties. Her working relationships involve populations from diverse cultural backgrounds and socio-economic statuses in both school and clinical settings.

Lili is a strong advocate for the wellbeing of others and is particularly interested in working with youth. She provides a safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative approach to connecting with her clients to develop a strong therapeutic relationship. Lili’s experience has involved working with depression, anxiety, trauma, interpersonal difficulties, and forensic matters. Depending on the varying needs of her clients, Lili uses and incorporates a range of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness.
