
I am a provisional psychologist who is committed to helping people achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. I use a warm, empathetic, person-centred approach in therapy and focus on fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship with clients. I am passionate about delivering evidence-based treatments and understand the importance of tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs of each individual. I have experience working in private practice and have provided face-to-face and telehealth services in metro and regional settings.
I have a specific interest in working with clients experiencing eating disorders and helping them develop a more positive relationship with food and their bodies. Additionally, I have experience assessing and treating a range of other mental health concerns. I can support clients experiencing:
- anxiety
- depression
- panic
- phobias
- stress
- low self-esteem
- interpersonal/relationship difficulties
- emotion dysregulation
- eating, weight, and/or body image image-related concerns
- eating disorders
I have received formal training in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), cognitive behavioural therapy for eating disorders (CBT-E), cognitive behavioural therapy for non-underweight patients (CBT-T), family based therapy (FBT), and Satter division of responsibility in feeding (sDOR). I also draw on motivational interviewing, interpersonal psychotherapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I am trauma-informed and neuro-diversity affirming.

Bachelor of Psychological Science with Honours, La Trobe University
Master of Professional Psychology, La Trobe University
