Making high quality mental healthcare accessible for everyone

Jagsharan Sandhu

I’m a multilingual Provisional Psychologist with a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care. With a professional background in education and public service, I bring a warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive approach to therapy. I’ve worked with clients across the lifespan—children, adolescents, and adults—supporting a range of presentations including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disability, and borderline personality disorder.

Having migrated over 20 years ago, I understand the power of cultural identity and lived experience in shaping mental health. I speak English, Punjabi, Hindi, and understand spoken Urdu, and strive to ensure every client feels seen, heard, and respected.

My therapeutic practice draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation. I work with NDIS participants and am comfortable supporting clients with diverse and complex needs. My goal is to foster psychological growth through empathy, professional integrity, and a strong therapeutic alliance.

I currently see clients via Telehealth and at our Melbourne CBD office.
