Hafsa Kediye

Hafsa is passionate about working from a person-centred perspective to help support adolescent and adult clients. She enjoys incorporating genuine understanding, compassion, empathy, and respect throughout therapy with all of her clients, in order to help them lead meaningful lives. Hafsa has worked with clients to address a range of psychological needs including depression, anxiety, stress, and interpersonal difficulties. She has worked with clients from marginalized backgrounds including members from the LGBTIQ+ community and ethnic minorities. Hafsa’s therapeutic approach to enhancing mental well-being utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) depending on her clients’ needs. In her spare time, she enjoys going to see live music as well as spending time with her family and friends.
