Emily Teape

Emily is a Registered (General) Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). She holds a Master of Professional Psychology from Cairnmillar Institute. Emily’s professional background includes experience working with individuals across the lifespan, with varying presenting problems, from diverse backgrounds, and in private practice, education and community settings.

Emily has experience completing assessments (including cognitive, educational, and neuropsychological), and providing counselling and psychological interventions for children, adolescents, adults and families.

Emily prides herself on building strong therapeutic relationships, using a person-centred and strengths-based approach, and providing services that are collaborative, individualised and evidence-based. She finds joy in working with people to see their potential and achieve their goals, and seeing them lead a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
