
Dave is a Provisional Psychologist in Reservoir who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults. He has experience providing assessment and therapy, supporting clients with a wide range of social, emotional and developmental difficulties. Dave’s approach is warm and collaborative, with a focus on creating a safe environment where clients feel supported to explore challenges and build new skills. Dave draws on evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, always tailoring strategies to the individual. Dave works with clients across the life-span, with a particular interest in supporting young people with ADHD and their families.

Before training as a psychologist, Dave worked in education, giving him a strong understanding of the developmental and academic needs of young people as well as the importance of working closely with families and schools. He is currently completing the final semester of a Master of Clinical Psychology, with the goal of becoming a Clinical Psychologist. Dave is passionate about helping people build resilience, strengthen relationships and create meaningful change in their lives.
