Charlotte obtained her bachelor degree from Swinburne University, her honours degree from the Australian Catholic University and her masters from the Cairnmillar Institute. Charlotte is a registered psychologist with AHPRA.

Charlotte is a registered psychologist with experience working with children, adolescents and adults.

Charlotte works with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of issues including depression, anxiety, adjustment and transition difficulties, low self-esteem, gender and sexuality issues, and interpersonal and relationship issues. Note that Charlotte does not see couples for therapy.

Charlotte also has experience working with children with anxiety and behavioural difficulties.

Charlotte uses a combination of evidence-based therapies in her work Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness.

Charlotte is available on Mondays and Tuesdays at the Reservoir office.
