Brooke is a registered provisional psychologist with AHPRA and is currently completing her Master of Clinical Psychology. She holds a Bachelor of Criminology and Psychology (Distinctions), and a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences with Honours (Distinctions). Brooke has previously worked in media, IT, social supports, and retail, providing her with diverse communication experience.

Brooke is passionate about assisting clients on their journey of self-empowerment. Brooke takes a client-led approach to therapy, believing that clients are the experts in their own lives. She encourages clients to take the driver seat in therapy, providing them with evidence-based tools and strategies to attain and sustain a higher quality of life. She strives to provide a space that is warm and accessible, allowing clients to freely express themselves and be heard.

Brooke works with adults and has an interest in the following presentations: Anxiety, Depression, Family and Relationship Difficulties, Stress Management, Addiction, Self Esteem, PMS, PMDD, and Neurodivergent-related challenges. Brooke has experience working with both domestic and international clients. 

Brooke integrates several therapeutic approaches in her therapy work, which include cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), positive psychotherapy (PP) and compassion-focused therapy (CFT).
