Making high quality mental healthcare accessible for everyone

Brad Cini

I’m a psychologist who values core change over quick fixes. I work collaboratively to understand what’s driving a client’s difficulties and what will actually shift them. I don’t see therapy as symptom management but as a process for long-term, lasting change.

I have a diverse work background and began my psychology studies at 26. Early in my degree I participated in a CBT research unit and completed my honours thesis on collaboration in CBT. I hold a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) and a Diploma of Psychological Practice (BPsychSc [Hons], DipPsychPr).

I work with people aged 16+ across a range of presentations, including trauma (single-incident and complex), anxiety disorders, and mood disorders. I have a particular clinical interest in social confidence, assertiveness, and effective communication for individuals and couples.

Alongside early training in CBT, I’m EMDR Level 1 & 2 trained and have additional training in Schema-Focused Therapy (SFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I tailor and combine these frameworks based on what works best for each client.
