As a registered psychologist, my therapeutic approach is centered on building a strong, supportive, and inclusive therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel empowered to explore their challenges and work toward meaningful change.
I take a strength-based approach, tailoring individualised treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions. These include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
With experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, I have a special interest in working with adolescents and adults navigating symptoms of depression, anxiety, and the challenges that come with life transitions. My background includes roles in both non-profit and private organisations, equipping me with a diverse skill set and perspective.
