I’m a trauma-informed and neuro-affirming Provisional Psychologist who brings warmth, curiosity, and compassion to the therapeutic space. With a rich background as a psychiatric nurse practitioner in the United States, I’ve worked with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults across a wide range of concerns including depression, insomnia, anxiety presentations (Separation Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Generalised Anxiety), school refusal, perinatal depression and anxiety, grief, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
I enjoy working collaboratively with clients from all walks of life. My special interests include clients with neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD, Learning and Intellectual Disabilities) and their families who are navigating the NDIS. Clients living with depression, anxiety and insomnia as I have lived experience with all three. Additionally, I have a strong interest in supporting women through perinatal challenges —a path I’ve walked personally and professionally.
My approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based care, and an openness to ongoing learning. I draw on frameworks like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing and Minecraft Therapy (Minecraft as a therapeutic tool for children and adolescents) tailoring each session to your unique story and strengths. I believe that healing happens when we feel truly heard, respected, and supported—and I strive to create that space with every client I meet.
I currently see individuals, couples, and families at our Melbourne CBD office, and via Telehealth.
Let’s work together to create meaningful change, at your pace.
